Refund & Exchange Policy

At Gamer Goods, we’re committed to making sure you love what you ordered. Every product is carefully packed and shipped to reach you in great condition. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at gamersgoodsstore@gmail.com. Make sure to include the following information:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • Your order number
  • Whether you’d prefer an exchange or a replacement

Please Note:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery unfortunately cannot be processed.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them to qualify for an exchange or replacement.
  • We do not accept returns for products damaged after delivery or opened by the customer.
  • If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll gladly cover the cost of re-shipping the correct product.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with further instructions.
